Listen to this before doing the body scan for the first time!

Have you felt disconnected, dissociated from your body because you’ve been in pain for such a long time? For many people, this actually can amplify your pain! After all, Pain is your body’s alarm system, and if you keep ignoring that alarm, it’ll just get louder and louder.
